I don’t usually believe in bad reviews, but this felt necessary. Brought my North Face coat in to be DRY CLEANED. I mentioned that it smelled a little musky and that’s why I wanted it cleaned. I picked it up and it smelled worse than before, the feathers were all balled up throughout the coat which tells me it was washed in a washing machine. There are stains throughout the coat that were not there before. Not cool.
Washboard Quality Cleaners is absolutely INCREDIBLE! They have saved me countless times by offering fast, affordable, and wonderfully efficient dry cleaning services! They also pressed my wedding dress, and it came out perfect! I recommend this company to all my loved ones for everything from dress shirts to wedding gowns (their pressings and cleanings are phenomenal) - thank you from the bottom of my heart, Washboard Quality Cleaners!
I am so thankful and amazed at the service here. We had a prom dress emergency and they were on top of it! The turn around was amazing and they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely refer them to friends and bring my business back here.
They were wonderful. We needed help getting some stains out of a homecoming dress. The price was affordable and they were fast. Highly recommended
I went in to have 1 queen size comforter n 1 twin size comforter washed n dried !! I went to pick them up n they charged me $48.00 to wash n dry them !! The lady there should have a list up that has prices on it bc I could have bought new comforter for that price !! I will never use them again nor will I refer them !! I actually will tell my friends to go to the dry cleaners in Greenville that charges $8.00 but I just wanted to try them bc they were closer to where I live but sometimes it’s worth the xtra drive!! Don’t recommend quality cleaners !!!
