Stephanie and Taylor did a wonderful job on Kash and Shadow! My dogs and I absolutely love this pet spa! Everyone is so kind and they treat your dogs like the precious pups that they are! Their communication is wonderful and if they need to make a small modification, such as going a little bit shorter due to matting, they always proactively call or text to let you know to make sure that it is OK. I’ve never had a bad experience, my dog’s haircuts and grooming are always impeccable. We are customers for life!! If you go, Ask for Stephanie and Taylor as they are the absolute best!!!
I’m extremely high maintenance when it comes to the grooming of my fur babies. Lakeside Pet Spa does an incredible job listening to the details and delivering. I have an 80 lb golden doodle and a 20 lb Havapoo The little guy was very matted when we took him in today. They had to shave him down more than I was accustomed to. They were great to communicate in advance and requested any additional details I could provide prior to grooming him. When I picked up today, I was thrilled! He looked adorable! You can trust them to take great care of your pets grooming needs.
My English Bulldog Waylon goes to Lakeside Pet Spa for grooming once a month. He usually has anxiety going places but not here. They do a great job getting him clean & he always smells so nice after his appointment. They are great with communication & even send me reminders when they haven't seen him in a month. I highly recommend!!!
We found Lakeside Pet Spa a couple years ago when our pup was already a senior. They are absolutely wonderful and we wish we had found them sooner. Our dog loved getting groomed here and was always so calm and happy when we got home. Their facilities are clean and charming, and the staff is absolutely remarkable! Our pup passed away recently and we called to have him removed from appointment reminder texts. Lakeside sent us a lovely memento with heartfelt sentiments when they heard the news. Thank you for the compassion, and for loving and caring for our little pup while he was here! 🙏🏼🤟🏼❤️
