Our groomer Viryan (so professional with a personality filled with enormous warmth) did a beautiful job on our Kai Bear! He looked and smelled sooo good. Kai was strutting proudly with confidence because HE knew he looked AMAZING! I’m extremely pleased with the amazing job they did with Sookie . She looks wonderful and smells great! You can really tell the care and attention to detail they put into their work. Couldn’t recommend enough! Jackson groomed our cavalier/bichon mix, Louie, and was amazing. Louie can be weird with strangers but quickly warmed up to Jackson. He recently had surgery and was matted from the con - Jackson took his time with some matting and evening out the patches where the IV was. Louie was so happy when he was finished and so was I! And the mobile grooming aspect is so convenient. Good Dog & Jackson have earned their spot as our new groomer 😊
My dog had her grooming appointment this morning. Since then, she’s been whining and scratching her eye. I decided to take her to the vet and turns out she’s got an eye ulcer, which the vet said was likely from hair or something getting in her eye from the grooming. So now, I’ve got an extra $300 vet bill on top of my grooming bill. This has never happened before at any other groomer with her. Even worse, they are only operating via text. When I reached out, they did not offer a refund or help with pay with the vet bill. Just a credit for a future grooming. Why would I want another grooming if this is what has happened the first time?! And on top of that, they didn’t even do a haircut, just a deshedding bath for nearly $150. My old groomer does a cut with the deshedding bath for even less that. Will never be booking service with them again
