I have 2 older Shih Tzu's. We moved to Plano and Ive been struggling to find a new groomer. It was either they didn't have any appointments on my days off or the price was just too high for the 2 of them. I had tried the groomer service at a pet store before and had an absolutely awful experience. I had always wanted to try the mobile grooming service. Im so glad I did, they did not disappoint. Jesse was very gentle with my boys. They were unfortunately matted so we decided to go with a short cut. Its been almost 3 weeks and they look great and are acting like puppies again with so much energy We will definitely be using them again. They did such a great job my roommates booked with them for their dog
Dirty Dog Salon has been grooming our pups since we relocated to the area last year from out of state. They do an excellent job each time with our mini Aussie and heeler. One of our dogs is high-strung/anxious which has caused issues with other groomers in the past, but Dirty Dog Salon does great with her and the services are always efficient. I appreciate their communication and punctuality, too. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for high quality care for their pups!
Jesse and Liz are amazing! We have quite a few really challenging dogs to groom at our Special Needs and Senior rescue, whether they can't stand, a bit bitey, screamers or just terrified. They are so patient with them and make sure they are all looking their best. Would definitely recommend booking your next appt. with Dirty Dog!
Great experience! Their mobile grooming service was punctual and convenient, showing up right at our doorstep. They were professional, efficient and did an amazing job grooming our little Yorkie. She looked adorable and most importantly, happy and comfortable afterward. Would recommend!
We love Dirty Dog Salon! Our girl, Piper is well cared for during her grooms and always comes back looking beautiful and smelling clean. We love that they customize her grooms to our needs, like us providing our own shampoo and being careful around hot spots and sensitive areas. Thank you for doing such a great job with our girl! If you haven’t booked DDS for your fur-love’s(s’) grooming do so! You won’t regret it. 🤍
