I have been a patient at Spruce MD for over six years, and they have been able to detect and greatly improve several of my adverse health conditions due to their thorough practices. I've been fortunate to benefit from their professionalism, knowledge and individual approach to my overall care. Once when I was having bloodwork done at an outside lab, the lab technician told me Dr Blankenship consistently ordered the most comprehensive blood screenings she'd ever seen. A few years back I relocated over an hour away from their office, but I still make the trip so I can remain in their care. I highly recommend this practice.
Spruce MD has been my primary care Doctor for years now. I love when I walk in it doesn't feel like a doctors office. It's a calming and peaceful atmosphere. The staff is so helpful and Dr Blankenship is a doctor that will be on YOUR team and listen to you. She doesn't rush through your visit. Her ability to listen and allow you to be your own advocate of your health with her on your side makes a great team for your health journey. If you're looking for more than just a doctor who spends 15 minutes to only prescribe a medication, then Spruce MD is not for you. But if you want a doctor who wants to get to the root of any health concerns, I recommend Spruce MD.

I really appreciate Dr. Blankenship personalized approach to health she focus on finding the root cause, not just treating symptoms. Communication has been easy, the staff is kind and responsive, and I always feel supported in my health journey. Highly recommend for anyone looking for more comprehensive and compassionate care.
My wife and I have been members at Spruce MD since before the pandemic. I was a patient and happy member of Spruce MD for several years before my cancer diagnosis. I attribute Dr. Blankenship, Katherine, and the entire staff at Spruce with being instrumental in coordinating my care and ensuring that I was able to manage the side effects of radiation, chemotherapy, and recovery from brain tumor surgery. The office staff know you by sight and greet you by name when you walk into the office or call on the phone. I hear the "Cheers" theme song ringing in my head as I type this. If you care about prioritizing your health, I cannot recommend Spruce MD highly enough.
Dr. Blankenship and team have been amazing, true VIP care. They are focused on finding the root of the issue versus the quick fix. I also did food sensitivity testing with Kathryn Taylor and followed her food elimination diet and it’s been life changing for me. Could not recommend this practice more.
