I've had an excellent experience with Village Medical River Oaks. Scheduling appointments is easy, and I appreciate the text and email appointment reminders. Checking in through the app makes the entire process quick and convenient. The Village Medical app is another great feature—it allows me to easily communicate with the care team, ask questions, and request prescription refills, and I always receive timely responses. Everyone is friendly and professional, from the front desk staff to the nurses, making every visit a positive experience. The biggest reason I highly recommend this practice is Dr. Lisse. He has an exceptional bedside manner, takes the time to listen, answers my questions thoroughly, and never makes me feel rushed. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. If you're looking for a primary care practice with outstanding service, modern conveniences, and a physician who truly puts patients first, I highly recommend Village Medical River Oaks and Dr. Lisse!

Nice and clean facility. Unfortunately this place isn’t in my network so I probably won’t be visiting again, since it’s a lot more $ to have a visit when they aren’t in network. But, Ms. Lornisha at the front desk/ check in was very helpful and the place is great. It’s just an out of pocket expense this time since o really need the care/ prescription. I’ll look to see if I can get insurance to be changed to this place if I can.

Hi, I’m new with Village Medical, My Doctor is so good, she explains everything to you,if she schedule tests for you she will explain why she is doing that, Dr. F. Syed has lots of knowledge and is so experienced, her skills are amazing , and outstanding. Dr. F. Syed staff is well maintained. nice and kind, you don’t have to wait for a long time before her nurse calls for you. This is a very nice place to be at for your medical care and needs. Thanks for allowing me to be a patient there, I’m so grateful.

Dr. Robin Moore is an amazing PCP! She is always attentive/knowledgeable. She is always spot-on w/whatever concern or topic I bring up. She listens, provides immediate feedback, and offers helpful suggestions right when I need them. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Flores is very professional and caring. He really listens to my concerns and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. The staff was also very friendly and organized. I’m very happy with the care I received and would highly recommend them.”
