Dr Barrett is a fabulous doctor!! I cannot tell you how great and thorough she is. My appointment time was met with no wait time! That in itself is amazing these days. She went above and beyond going through my medical records and detailing our discussions. She took her time with me and it was nice to have that kind of care. If you need a good doctor who truly cares see Dr Barrett.

My appointment with Dr Syed went extremely well I have no complaints with the Doctor. However, I have a problem as this is this trip was actually unnecessary because it was to review my blood work I recently had blood work done at Village Medical's on site LabCorp Katy location. The testing was authorized by Dr Van Zant. My appointment ended after lab closing hours with Dr Van Zant, so the lab was closed. I was told to come back later and have my blood work done. I did this, blood was drawn and I was advised results would be forthcoming. The results never came! For whatever reason the lab simply did not process the samples. So my visit with Dr Van Zandt really achieve nothing. My return trip for a blood workup review achieved nothing. My trip to the lab achieved less than nothing. I realize that somehow a patient's time, effort and expensen now means nothing to the medical profession. Well I can sure as hell tell you that the time I have left is worth a lot to me. Proper medical care is also worth a lot to me. I realize I am now dealing with a corporate mentality, so as a corporation you should see this is no way to do business. If you can't see the problem here and correct it, then I'm wasting your time in mine.

NP Melissa Hart did a wonderful job. She was thorough and professional and addressed all of my concerns, and made sure I was completely aware of the prescribed medications.

I was pleasantly surprised by Dr Faruqui. She listened, without passing judgment right away. Her questions were fair and I certainly understand giving out Tramadol. I'm just an old lady with so much arthritis and bones wearing out. I really liked her and I think I have been given a blessing, through my new doctor.

Very bad experience. Almost feels like a scam then a medical facility. The nurses will not reply and do not care about prescriptions not being filled. I am in my second week without my refill. I have called many times and left many messages. Is this the behavior of a legitimate medical facility? They will never answer calls except the new appointment setup team. The nurses will not. I experienced this with two doctors in this facility. Dr. Shaheed’s nurse, before dr shared retured. His nurse never answered. I literally had to get an appointment just to complain about it to the doctor. My diabetes medication refill had to be done on time, but they did not care. The second doctor’s nurse (dr oddy's) will also not call back or answer the phone. If you cannot reply to calls and patients need help, then hire help. I do not pay less money than your bill, so why am I getting lower quality service? These days you can even deploy an AI can answer inbound and outbound calls It costs about $100 a month. It cannot get any cheaper than that for basic help. So in short, Dr. Oddy’s team will not answer calls or reply to voicemails, and if you need a refill it is not happening. Yes, it is a medical facility, but you are still bound by business ethics and customer service. We need more reliable staff in your facility, or the staff needs to be retrained for customer service. Finally after calling multiple times i was able to get to a human who told me will call back.. but guess what.. Nothing & its already afternoon... Im still without prescription @ village medical. @management, I will revisit & edit this review if positive changes happen.. Update as promised: This has been, without question, one of the most frustrating and disappointing healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. After already dealing with poor service, the situation only got worse. I only wanted a simple follow-up call from the nurse, and it never came. No update, no accountability, no sense of urgency. For a place that markets itself around “care,” the complete lack of communication says everything. It’s hard not to feel misled.. When you’re dealing with health concerns, responsiveness is the bare minimum, and this facility failed at even that. I’ve decided to move on and seek care elsewhere. Based on my experience, this facility prioritizes neither patients nor basic standards of service. I would strongly recommend others think twice before trusting them with anything important.. i.e your health!! Maybe the owners are too rich to care?
