There is certainly a lot of information, communication, and processes in place. But as a result, doctors feel less accessible and are not able to remediate unresolved issues. Everything has to follow a strict protocol and procedure. I came in for some bloodwork and wanted to see if I could ask the doctor about a problem I’m still having. I needed to completely schedule another appointment and pay an additional co-pay even though I was already there. I get it, but also nice to just have some flexibility and ease the process for patients.

I must recognize the new front staff. They are great and very nice to me. That is so important because it gives the clinic a good first impression. I like to recognize Lydia for always helping me every time I have an issue with the referral; you are there and take care of everything. I am so glad that you are still working at Huffmeister. So great that you are bilingual. Please don’t go to any other place because we need you! Also, Mitchell, you are the best, and like always, I feel blessed to have you taking care of my health for more than 3 years. Your care and compassion are unbelievable. I really appreciated it. I recently went in to see Dr. Ruth about some stomach problems that I am having. And I have to say that the care that I received from her and Nurse Reagan was absolutely phenomenal! Nurse Reagan went above and beyond to make me feel cared for and she is an absolute gem! Then Dr. Ruth blew me away with her level of care and compassion. I am taking a medication that she wasn’t too familiar with and she said that she would like to do some research to see if it may be causing some of my problems. Then she proceeded to do the actual research right then and there!! I have never received the type of care given by these amazing medical professionals! They are a shining example of how every medical professional should treat their patients! Bravo Village Medical for employing such amazing and outstanding professionals to take care of your patients!! Dr. Ruth and Nurse Reagan are such a great blessing! Thank you so very much!

Dr.Nelson and his associates from the front desk to the assistant nurse to the blood tech are all so friendly and informative. I hope this amazing team stays together to keep helping me and making me feel so safe. Love those guys. Thanks.
