Charged me $100 dollars just to be seen and quoted me $300 for a service just to turn around and change it to $1700+ another $500 for tests. Then when I called you guys out on lying you hit me with another mystery $48 charge now I have an active balance. I swear just keep as far away from this place as you possibly can. These crooks don't deserve to have a job they would be great politicians though. I've yet to get an explanation on why you charged me another $48 for no reason. Worst doctor experience of my life

The worst providers in the city. Y’all charged me $600 in physicians fees for giving birth but y’all don’t want to submit it to insurance. I’ve been fighting y’all for over a year and I’m still getting a statement in the mail. Money hungry thieves who will do anything to get paid and don’t care about the patient at all.

Parking is extremely difficult to find and they do not validate your parking ticket. Service, however, is fast and reliable. For the first time in my life, I felt heard. No other doctor has made me feel that way. I hope to not be back soon, but it’s good to know that the staff are caring, empathetic, and supportive.

I had a very upsetting experience with the valet service with the person in charge ( black shirt) on September 03,2025. I went there for an important appointment to get paperwork for my son, and I explained to the valet attendant that I would only be a few minutes ( to be exaggerated 5 min max ) . Instead of showing any understanding, he was rude and dismissive, insisting I pay the full $12 just to leave my car while I quickly ran upstairs. I paid, but asked him not to take my car since I would be right back. When I returned within minutes, the car was still there, but instead of handing me back my keys, he told me again that I had to pay. I had already paid and shown him the receipt. Only after some back and forth did he finally give me my keys. The whole situation left me shaking and frustrated. A little empathy and professionalism would have gone a long way. Patients come to a medical center often already stressed; staff should make things easier, not harder. The other person in charge of valet should return. They need more empathy people specially in the medical center.

Worst Experience Ever at UT Physicians - Avoid at All Costs! I am absolutely appalled by my recent (and now former) experience with UT Physicians, who I previously considered my family doctor. I had a scheduled appointment where the doctor administered several needles. To this day, I have absolutely no idea what was injected into my body, as there was no explanation provided whatsoever. This lack of transparency is frankly terrifying and completely unprofessional. To add insult to injury, I am now being aggressively pursued for payment for these mystery injections. The bill is over $300, which is an outrageous amount to be suddenly confronted with for procedures I wasn't even informed about. At no point during my appointment was I informed that my insurance would not cover these procedures. There was no discussion of costs, no opportunity to understand what I was receiving, and certainly no warning about a potential out-of-pocket expense. This complete lack of communication and the subsequent demand for payment feels incredibly underhanded and unethical. The combination of the doctor administering unknown substances without explanation and the billing department's failure to inform me about insurance coverage – resulting in a shocking bill of over $300 – has left me feeling violated and deeply distrustful of this entire organization. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a family doctor in Houston to look elsewhere. My experience with UT Physicians has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would never recommend their services to anyone. They have lost a patient and, more importantly, have demonstrated a shocking disregard for patient communication and transparency, all while slapping me with an unexpected and hefty bill. Stay far away!
