I would like to say that the Doctor in the emergency room name GARRETT While I was there made me feel very comfortable very saved. He was able to listen to me he was so awesome grade bedtime manner. And also the RN VIVIANA She was also awesome. She’s Puerto Rican and she made me feel so welcome. She also has great Bedside manner I am so fortunate to have Mr.GARRETT AND MSS VIVIANA They took care of me so well and I will always recommend this hospital because of them great job memorial Hermann for hiring such a great doctor and RN.

Hello! I went to the Emergency Room the other day and was treated great by the nurses-they were kind, patient, and extremely understanding. Unfortunately Dr.Washington definitely dismissed my feelings about my knee as well as my back. He was nice and had a smile but at the same time was telling me nothing is wrong with my knee and back because he couldn't visually see something wrong with it which made me feel a type of way and like he was dismissing my feelings and me being hurt. I understand we all are tired, I also had to wait 8 hours till I was checked at 3 in the morning so I was extremely exhausted as well but there definitely should be a better way to approach. I also understand l am on the younger side, 20 years old, but again I believe all patients should be treated with care and not talked to carelessly like Dr. Washington did. That's what was really made my visit unfortunate.: (But again great nurses, I would definitely come back for them!

This is an excellent hospital with top notch doctors. Even though I live in Cypress...I still go back to Memorial City to see my doctors there and when I have an Emergency and think I will be admitted to the hospital, I return to Memorial City so that I can have my doctors treat me and not have unknown doctors take care of me. I have been going to Memorial City for over 20 years when I first started getting treated for my cancer in 2005. The doctors there saved my life and are the best. Texas oncology is there and they have the best cancer team. Dr. Todd Price is there and he is the best Infectious Disease Specialist. They have some of the best know doctors in Houston at Memorial City.

I was in this hospital for 2 days for Labor & Delivery. They have some great nurses such as Corey, Nancy & Jill. They truly were AMAZING human beings. They made my delivery much easier. Also, Dr. Younes was INCREDIBLY nice and helpful and professional. She truly is the best doctor I have ever met. On the other hand, once I delivered and the epidural effect started to wear off, I was at the mercy of a nurse named Deb. She completely mistreated me. She wouldnt even give me her hand to get up and use the restroom. I asked her to please hand me my purse to take medicine (stool softener because I was really struggling to use the restroom, I was in PAIN) and she said : oh you could get it later. She could see that I am not able to walk or sit on the toilet and she would REFUSE to give me her hand. As I was struggling to use the restroom and crying, as I was living the worst moment of my entire life, she told me : “my mom pushed me at 9 lbs, I am sure she did tear as well.” And she was saying this in like a chatty way, as if we were just talking.. while I literally was shaking. Then, she left me in the restroom and left the room. She came back 15min later to find me sobbing by myself in the room and she said : whats the matter? As if she doesn’t know that I am in terrible pain and completely by myself. Later, my husband finally was able to come and help me and when she saw him trying to help me get back to the hospital bed as I was in terrible pain, she said : oh you guys are so cute!! i am going to cry!!! I genuinely think that she should not be in charge of taking care of new borns or freshly postpartum patients as she clearly lacks empathy and compassion. I will never ever forget how she treated me and I hope she will experience the same thing someday so she can see how it feels to be completely vulnerable and be rejected help from your nurse. Aside from this, the hospital staff was great!!
