I had an amazing experience at this emergency center and truly can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, everything was organized, clean, and welcoming. A special thank you to Dr. Halmer and Jeff for their professionalism, care, and attention to detail. They made me feel comfortable, heard, and in very capable hands throughout the entire process. Also, a big shoutout to Gigi, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even more pleasant. The level of service here is truly 10/10. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel supported and cared for. I’m very grateful for the excellent treatment I received and would highly recommend this emergency center to anyone looking for top-quality care.

I had been feeling progressively more sick over the span of a week so I decided to come in and get seen. The treatment team of Dr Halmer, Gigi, Jeff, and Kyndra were great. They took my concerns seriously and treated me very quickly and efficiently. I was already feeling better by the time I left. This is a great emergency center for anyone who needs help.

Dr. Defrawi, G.G., Ana, Martha and Kyndra did such an incredible job as a care team. We were taken into the ER efficiently, with no wait time at all, and Dr. Defrawi made time to answer all our questions. We were not rushed, but care was provided efficiently. All members of the team were sympathetic and overall great medical professionals. Highly recommend this ER!

Being new to a city can be scary when it comes to finding a new doctor, Dentist, and an ER! I recently visited, and I have to say I was very impressed! Dr. Halmer Was amazing! He was really good at listening to my symptoms, and came up with a great plan that I was very happy with! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the front desk… to my nurse, Miss Lupita & the gentleman that took me back for my CT, Rahul… I was extremely happy with their care! Thank you to all and keep up the good work! It’s hard enough to not feel good, but when you have a team that’s on your side, it definitely makes all the difference! Bravo 👏

I brought my mother in with severe abdominal pain, and we received excellent care from Dr. Defrawi, RN Chad, and Radiology Technician Oscar. They were all very kind, attentive, and efficient in addressing her symptoms and ensuring her well-being throughout the process. Additionally, Registrar Madi at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you all very much for your outstanding care and compassion.
