Terrible service when in person (waited almost 3 hours for my severely autisticdaughter to be seen) and on the phone. The receptionist is rude and horrible person, she hang up on me when I called!!. My question is: if you are not a people person why in the world would you be a receptionist/front desk?? If you don't like people don't take a job at a clinic where you have to deal with sick people!! Went almost two months ago and still haven't received lab tests done on our first visit!! DON'T GO THERE!,

Went in for simple follow up for results at 1:30 and it was 5:45 when I seen Dr Thota skip my room . I was next to be seen she went to see someone else that was after me and two other patients that wasn’t very professional of her

Very thorough and actually listens and hears what your concerns are. I take both of my teen children here and I am grateful that we found Dr. Thota and her assistant!

Dr. Chandralatha Thota was extremely caring about the patients. She handled my mom very well who is 74 years old.. I am impressed with her knowledge and understanding of each patient’s situation and handling as their home doctor. She does take longer than usual time to visit you but it’s worth the wait. Respect her age and do not complain. It’s amazing on how fluently she speaks Spanish to help serve the community around this doctor’s office. She still speaks her native Telugu language very well which is majorly spoken in South India. Her office staff did great job in accommodating the needs of the patients. There is a pharmacy and lab that provides additional services as needed in the same building. This is very convenient and the prices and fees are very reasonable. I felt like the surrounding community is very lucky to have such a dedicated doctor. May god give her more strength and power to serve the human kind 👏💐. Thank you 🙏.

I have never liked bringing my kids to this clinic because the system they work under is very un organized and one doctor in particular is very inefficient. Last time I personally got services here was back in 2009 and my grandmother was there a couple of days ago; nothing had changed! Back in 2009 I was scheduled an appointment with this doctor at 10:00am which She didn't arrive to the clinic until 12pm and the same thing happened recently when I accompanied my grandmother to her check up, doctor was supposed to be at the clinic by 2:00pm and she didn't arrive until 3:30pm!
