We had such a great experience with Kirsty. After putting in an enquiry, she called us very quickly and shared multiple flat options that matched exactly what we were looking for in the area we wanted. She arranged a viewing straight away and processed our offer and all the following documents so quickly, always keeping us in the loop. She was honestly so lovely to deal with—really approachable, quick to respond, and she made everything feel so much easier. We’re so grateful for all her help and couldn’t recommend her enough!

I chose Dexters based on their previous sale of a neighbouring flat, although I had been warned about their service. Unfortunately, my experience reflected those concerns. From my perspective, the focus appeared to be on pushing price reductions rather than representing my interests as the seller. I was encouraged to lower the asking price with the suggestion it would generate stronger interest, which did not lead to a successful outcome. The transaction then became drawn out and frustrating, with repeated delays and a lack of clear progression. When I withdrew from the sale, reasons were presented suggesting there were “legal issues,” despite similar properties in the same building having been sold previously without issue. This felt inconsistent and was not clearly explained. There was also a lack of transparency around the buyer’s position within the chain, with information not always aligning with how matters were progressing, making it difficult to have confidence in the process. That said, George (the Director) was the only person I dealt with who came across as clear and competent, which makes the overall experience even more disappointing. Overall, I did not feel properly represented as a seller, and the experience fell well below expectations. I would not choose to use Dexters again.

We had an excellent experience with Dexter's Battersea, especially with Leah and Srini. Our first contact with Dexter's was back in September last year, and from that moment on, Leah was fantastic. She consistently sent us great options, really took the time to understand our needs, and supported us throughout the search. Once we decided to put an offer on our new place, everything from Dexter's side was straightforward and well organised. Their communication from start to finish was outstanding honestly better than my own solicitors. Srini was especially helpful in following up on important and time‑sensitive matters with both sides solicitors, which made a huge difference. They clearly work very well as a team. As first‑time buyers, their dedication, patience, and countless back‑and‑forth emails helped us understand every step of the process. They made what could have been a stressful journey much more enjoyable. Thank you, Leah and Srini, for your hard work and for helping us secure our new home. We truly appreciate everything you did for us!

My housemate and I were moving into London and were fortunate enough to have Vicky from the Dexters Battersea office guiding us through what could’ve been an incredibly stressful process. Vicky identified some viable locations, including the fantastic property we eventually chose, and was clear and transparent with us throughout, often replying outside of working hours and at weekends when we had urgent questions. My housemate and I are thrilled with our new place and are thankful to Vicky and the team for helping us get to this point!
