I was very nervous about the cost of dental procedures. Every place I researched seemed overpriced, and it honestly made me put off getting the care I needed. I finally scheduled an appointment with The Smiles Mission, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived at their Fort Myers location, their associate Jaide was my guide, and she was an absolute gem. She could immediately tell I was nervous and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable—talking with me about random things while still staying completely professional. She asked what kind of dental work I was hoping to get done and even spoke with the dentist ahead of time so he already understood my concerns before walking in. When the dentist came in, he not only addressed my main concern but also gave thoughtful, honest recommendations to improve my overall smile—without any pressure. Afterward, Jaide returned with a full breakdown of the costs, and I was genuinely shocked (in the best way). The affordability of this practice is amazing. What really stood out to me wasn’t just the pricing—it was the kindness, professionalism, and respect I was shown throughout the entire visit. I came in focused on fixing one issue, and now I fully plan to come back and take care of everything they recommended. If you’re looking for a local dental practice that’s affordable, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients, I can’t recommend them enough. I had an outstanding experience at this clinic! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Dr. Nicholas is truly exceptional — he’s patient, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their comfort.Carlos, the manager, is also amazing. He is incredibly organized, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and kindness really stand out.The clinic is clean, modern, and efficient. Smile Mission is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend! I had one missing tooth - it just fell out. I couldn't have an implant because the medication used clashes with Boniva. I got a bridge and it was amazing! She took the impressions and in 2 days I had a perfect bridge! WOW! And reasonably priced! Thanks!

Overall, just a great experience from start to finish. Luis, the denture technician, was so patient and caring with my mother and did everything to make sure that her dentures fit perfectly. Natalie, was fantastic too. She made us feel very welcomed and did a great job of creating a care plan. The dentist and everyone in the office were great too. All for an affordable price!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience with this office. From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. Everyone was very welcoming and professional, from the front desk to the hygienist who performed my cleaning. The manager at the front desk took the time to explain everything clearly. I told him I thought I needed a deep cleaning, and instead of just scheduling it, he explained that they first needed to examine me to determine exactly what type of cleaning I actually needed. In other clinics I sometimes felt like they would immediately recommend a deep cleaning just to charge more, but here the manager was very honest and transparent. I truly felt that they care more about doing what is right for the patient than just making money. The hygienist who did my cleaning was fantastic. I didn’t feel any discomfort at all, and you could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does because she treated me with great care and kindness throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this office. You will not regret coming here. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience.
