I really like this office! It is clean, nicely decorated, and has such positive energy. There isn't a long wait, and the staff is very friendly. What I appreciate most is that they really work with you 'money-wise'—even if your insurance has run out for the year, they do everything possible to help you get your smile back. The doctor is wonderful; she is young, very nice, and truly understands how difficult life can be. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been a patient for over two years now. I heard about them years ago from my parents who are former patients so I decided to try them out. My parents stopped going about a year ago due to an issue they had with the office, but I continued my services as I had never had an issue. I regret it thoroughly. I schedule my appointments six months in advance, I take the time off of work, and unfortunately it is unpaid. I got new insurance this year and I called in JANUARY, maybe early FEBRUARY, with my new insurance information as I used to work front desk in a dental office and I know how insurance verification works, so I figured I’d give them my information early to prevent any issues from occurring and also to make their jobs easier. She told me that she would call me back if there were any issues, I never got a call back so I figured everything was OK. I showed up to my appointment today, in MAY, at eight in the morning, and they were actively checking my insurance as I was sitting in the front office. I knew the second I saw the receptionist up front with short red hair that I was going to have an issue as her tone, facial expression, and general aura were RANK. My hygienist took me back, and right as she was about to start, she tells me that the front desk determined my insurance was out of network. I ended up having to leave without a teeth cleaning, having missed half a day of work, because of the negligence of the front office. When I worked at a dental office, I would verify insurance TWO DAYS in advance to prevent situations like this from happening, but this isn’t the first time that they verify my insurance the day of. Only today, it cost me half a day work, and no teeth cleaning to show for it. I spoke to the manager, she gave me all of the BS niceties that a manager would, but none of the resolutions she offered makes up for the fact that I lost money today for no reason. Again, my father had a similar issue concerning unexpected charges, and he, as well as my mother, both stopped coming to this office. Now that they’ve turned away an entire family, I strongly suggest you reconsider your choice for dental services. I will not be returning needless to say.

I was so lucky to have this dental office help me with an emergency repair to a tooth that cracked while flossing. I called this office, they got me in the same day, worked on my tooth and fixed the issue. The entire office team was so friendly & accommodating. The dentist Dr. Greenough was so kind and empathetic to my situation. She was gentle yet efficient and took her time to make sure I was comfortable the entire time while she was working on my tooth. I was so greatful for the repair and I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a fantastic office and dentist!

My girlfriend went to Palm Royal Dental Care in Naples for a specific concern about her wisdom teeth, not for a cleaning. What happened instead was genuinely traumatic. The staff member who first worked on her barely spoke English, which made communication difficult from the start. Even after my girlfriend clearly explained that she has very sensitive gums, the hygienist began aggressively poking and scraping her teeth and gums without any anesthetic, even though it was available. Her gums were bleeding, and she was in tears. She described it as feeling like something out of a horror movie. To make things worse, the same hygienist started talking about braces and other procedures that had nothing to do with the reason she came in. It felt dismissive, unprofessional, and completely disconnected from her actual concern about her wisdom teeth. When the actual dentist came in, she was kind and professional, which was appreciated, but by that point the damage was already done. My girlfriend left shaken, in pain, and feeling completely unheard. We are sharing this so others know what to expect. No one should have to go through something like this at a dental office.
