The most professional and engaging staff you'll ever meet! Dani(sp?) at the front desk will greet you with a smile, then you're on your way! Ida, my Dental Assistant, is good! A very thorough X-ray and photos session was peppered with a happy voice and conversation. Then, Dr. Macie Berry, came into the exam room to go over my X-rays. A couple of situations, that I was already somewhat aware, were revealed and a plan of action was discussed. My new appointment for beginning to correct my dental issues was made for one week out. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism, the newest methods and devices, but most important was Ida, Dr. Berry and the office staff... I recommend Dr. Melanie Pugh and her associates for your dental needs!
I was in and out in 30 minutes and had my crown re-cemented without any pain whatsoever. Tracy was very gentle. Truly the best at what they do. I called and was able to get in within a few hours.
I have been a dental patient here for the last 4 years and every teeth-cleaning experience has been wonderful! Jenny has been my dental hygienist every time and she is extremely friendly, gentle and does a great job on my teeth. All of the other staff members are always friendly and welcoming as well. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Pugh for many years. When entering the office, the staff is always welcoming and efficient. Dr. Pugh uses the latest technology and has always been gentle when performing all procedures and explaining what she is doing so you know what to expect and put you at ease. We are also patients of Celena, one of the dental hygienists, whom we have visited for years as well. Celena has always been thorough and gentle and always helpful in suggesting ways to maintain a healthy dental program. We highly recommend the dental practice of Dr. Melanie Pugh.
As a retired Dental Hygienist, I appreciate everything Dr. Pugh’s office staff has to offer. Celena RDH is very thorough and gentle and we’ve even formed a relationship- not formal but we remember each other’s story. The front desk staff is very helpful and cheerful. Dr. Couillard is gentle and explains everything as she goes along. Her assistant, Sophia, answers all my concerns and makes sure she faces me so I can hear her.
