I had a great experience with Dr. Tyler Griffith and his team at Dental Care at Grande Oak. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and makes you feel comfortable right away. Dr. Griffith takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you understand your options without ever feeling rushed or pressured — which is rare. What really stood out was how smooth and organized everything felt. Appointments were on time, communication was clear, and the entire team works together efficiently. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I’ve also known Dr. Griffith for a few years, and that only reinforces the level of professionalism and integrity he brings to his work. Highly recommend.

When they show your teeth in a whole different perspective oh boy they sure show your teeth and a whole different perspective I have never seen my teeth the way I got to see them today! It's a true eye opener for people you think your teeth are perfect but in reality they really aren't as perfect as you think what a real eye-opener amazing staff and amazing technology I am so wild out by the type of technology that they have here?! This is my first visit I will be back tomorrow for the cleaning this was just for the X-rays, Cancer Screening, etc. Update: I thought this was a reputable company. Turns out I was wrong. I thought I had finally found the right dentist, but I was wrong. Sure, when I first came there I was happy. I had a stroke and was hospitalized prior to my first appointment. When they called me a week beforehand, they NEVER mentioned anything about it. I was informed that they didn't have a dental hygenist on site to do my cleaning, but that I could come in sometime in May. I said I can't wait until then, then was told I could still come in and get x-rays and then come the following day for my cleaning. When I came in for the X-rays, I was not informed about the need for a Medical Clearance letter. The second day I came in, I was told at the front desk that they need a medical clearance in order to clean my teeth. I said okay, then I will reschedule. Then they said there was no need to reschedule as they were going to fax to my dctr and will have the dentist perform a exam. I was like, um okay? I had no clue I was walking into a trap. Sad to say, they were overcharging and requesting all this dental treatment. I felt like something wasn't right. I asked for a copy of my treatment plan, and called my dental provider. i was told that I will be charged for my cleaning, and for the visits. When I called my dental plan, my dental plan told me that I should not be charged for anything, that all of this is covered! We did a three-way call and needless to say.... The receptionist lied and tried to say they requested a clearance letter upon arrival my first day. They also tried to say that they asked for a clearance letter before I even went there. SMH... I ended up finding a different dentist, whose treatment plan is much less than what I figured would be. I will not be going back here. This place tried to scam me and my dental plan. Shame on you guys.

I had great experience at Dental Care at Grande Oak. I had my crown done here, Dr. Griffith did an excellent job! The crown fits perfectly and feels perfectly! It is beautiful and looks great! I would recommend this place as a five-star for dental care!

Unfortunately, my experience at this dental office was disappointing. From the beginning, I felt an unnecessary sense of arrogance from the staff. The communication came across as cold and somewhat condescending, which made me uncomfortable. In a medical setting, patients should feel respected and supported. Additionally, I was initially quoted one price for the service. However, during the visit, I was advised to undergo an additional procedure that, in my opinion, was not necessary for my situation. This significantly increased the cost and made the pricing feel unclear and inconsistent. I believe patients deserve transparent pricing and clear explanations about why any procedure is medically necessary before it is performed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

My recent experience with this dental office was great! The hygienist, the doctor, and the manager were all very friendly and helpful. I was walked through the process of my cleaning, and all my concerns were addressed by the doctor.
