Been a patient for 6 years and had another great visit today for a 6 month cleaning. Everyone at this office is always very welcoming, courteous and professional!! So happy we found Bernwood Dental. We have no insurance, but purchase the insurance offered through the office. Saves tons of money for everything!!
This is an excellent dental office. Highly recommend. The front staff has it totally together and is on top of it your whole visit. On my first visit the hygienist did a great job was very knowledgeable. Dr Gatis and assistants worked like a well oiled machine together using state of the art technology. I was not easy for a first time patient. I need/needed an annual cleaning plus two root canals, two implants and an emergency tooth extraction. Dr Gatis fit my extraction in with a two hour notice on an already booked full day. So great full. All work so far top notch!
Just had a crown procedure and pain free during and after including next day. Best procedure I have ever had done . Dr Gatis is compassionate and professional. I’ve been to many dentists in Florida and he out shines them all. Assistant Lesley was excellent , gentle and explaining all very caring. Up to date equipment and I’m very pleased. Been going to Dr Gatis since 2023 so have had time to access and reach an informed conclusion about this practice. I have found my forever dentist
Recommended by my wife, I had a full new patient evaluation with x-rays and prophylaxis. Everyone at the office was pleasant and welcoming. My hygienist delivered the most complete and comfortable care /cleaning I have had in many years. The initial reason for the visit was a chipped front tooth. Dr Gatis attended to it professionally and did the repair beautifully. I look forward to my next visit.Thanks Bernwood Dental team!
We switched to Bernwood 2 years ago and are very satisfied. This is a very impressive operation overall. Good communication, clear explanations of treatment and billing. No pressure for unneeded treatment. Excellent professionalism and care in treatment. Recognize need for flexibility. For example, I was in for a cleaning and my xrays showed a cavity. I told the doctor I was leaving on an extended trip in two days. He said, No problem we will do it now. 5 minutes later I was moved to a treatment room and 25 minutes later I was out the door with a new filling. Very highly recommend.
