From Andrea on SoulWaveS Session 26.10.25 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the most wonderful Soul Wave session in Gosforth today. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Anne, who instantly made us feel so welcome. We were given lovely goodie bags, got to choose a beautiful crystal, and picked an angel card that perfectly reflected our energy for the day. The therapy room was just magical — the scent, the warmth, the soft lighting, and the cosy blankets made it feel like the most comforting space imaginable. During the session, Anne used drums, gongs, and sound waves, creating the most immersive, soothing experience. I completely lost track of time — what felt like minutes was actually almost an hour and a half. The benefits are huge and hard to put into words — it’s as though your whole body and mind hit the reset button. I’d recommend this to anyone who needs to relax, recharge, or just enjoy some calm time surrounded by lovely people. Truly a beautiful experience from start to finish.

Anne is an excellent therapist with a detailed anatomical knowledge which she uses to detect and treat musculoskeletal problems. She uses a variety of techniques tailored to the individual problem. The therapy is carried out in a lovely calm environment. I always leave a session feeling so much better!

I attended a wellness workshop with my stepdaughter. Anne and her therapists made us feel so welcome and relaxed. We enjoyed yoga, breathwork, singing bowls and a gong bath. The whole workshop was amazing and I came away feeling so relaxed and reset!
