Pasadena City College (PCC) is one of the well-known community colleges in California, located in Pasadena. The college offers programs in architecture, design, art, engineering, ESL, and many other fields. It also has a strong transfer system, and many students continue their studies at U such as UCLA and USC. New students can go to Building L, registration Office, to complete registration-related procedures. Office hours: * Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pasadena City College is one of the best community colleges I’ve visited. The campus is extremely well-maintained, with modern facilities and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The city of Pasadena also feels very safe, which makes the campus environment even better. Everything is built on flat ground, so walking around the campus is super comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, PCC left a great impression on me, and it stands out among community colleges for both quality and environment.

When I tell you the amount of laziness and racism amongst the school as they preach diversity and inclusion. Not only did one of my racist dance. Teachers dropped me from a class for no reason ignored my emails only to get a response from admissions almost a whole semester and a half later. They responded with we didn’t know how to help you when I clearly and explicitly explained every single detail that happened, and I was dropped from my class. Fast-forward till this semester, I literally had a death in my family had to go away for a little bit to deal with funeral arrangements and court proceeding based off of inheritance. As I send an email to a teacher, she explicitly explains to me that she cannot grade any of the work that I worked on and submitted because I turned it in late after I already explained to her I was gone due to a death in the family. After explaining to her again about the problem, she’s response with. I’m not going to do it and told me that she doesn’t grade peer reviewed work. After sending countless emails to admissions and trying to get an understanding, this will be my last semester attending Pasadena city College because they have failed the students and they don’t care about diversity. TERRIBLE AND I QUIT! At this point, I don’t even care about passing any classes. I’m going to take whatever grades I get from this point forward because the school clearly doesn’t care.

Coming here for the past few years has been an amazing experience for me! I'm so glad I decided to come to PCC! Everyone that has been on my journey at PCC to get my degree has been very supportive and great!

PCC was a nice campus to go to I started in the fall of 2021 semester and finished in the spring of 2023 I want to consider coming back for the fall 2026 or spring 2027 semester so I can retake the keyboarding class again so I can type faster and possibly a speech course too so I can get better at public speaking.
