I initially went to Dr. Soria for the free assessment because I spend most of my day at a desk and was dealing with neck tightness and stiffness. After reviewing my results, I decided to commit to his recommended treatment plan, and I’m so glad I did. Since starting care, my neck tightness has significantly decreased, and I’m able to maintain much better alignment throughout the day. I’ve also noticed a big improvement in the mobility of my mid-back, which has made a real difference in my workouts—especially with deadlifts, where I now have better range of motion and movement. Dr. Soria takes the time to explain everything and genuinely cares about helping his patients improve their overall health and mobility.
