I have been a patient of Dr. Alex for many years, dating back to when he operated his own practice. Based on that positive experience, I felt comfortable seeking treatment at Feel Amazing Spine Institute. During my consultation, the staff verified my insurance coverage and advised me that my treatment would be fully covered, with my only out-of-pocket expense being a $95 back brace. I paid for the brace and proceeded with the recommended decompression therapy plan. Several months later, I unexpectedly received a bill for $695. Had I been informed that I would be responsible for these additional charges, I would have made a different decision regarding treatment. My concern is not the treatment itself, but the lack of transparency regarding the financial responsibility. Patients should be provided with accurate information about potential costs before committing to a treatment plan. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in the practice.
Feel Amazing! It is so very true! Dr. Hiler has a great, caring, well-trained staff. He also has some high-tech pulsating pistols that target and relieve the pain very quickly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hiler.

He did an excellent job thoroughly assessing my condition, creating an effective treatment plan, and successfully resolving my lower back and right leg radiating pain. He also took the time to evaluate my hip pain and helped guide me toward the appropriate treatment. I went in for neck and back pain and had chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, massage therapy and red light therapy.
I switched to them because they said with insurance my visits were fully covered. So I went once a week for 3 months due to that fact. Than I get a call that they made a mistake and I owe them 400 dollars. I left a message for their billing manager to call me 3 times and no one has called. Very unprofessional and maybe running a scam ?? I don’t know. But it’s kind of messed up. And I’ve read reviews of people who they have done it to also
