I came to see Dr Gendron as as in network provider for Humana. My policy states I have a $15 copay for adjustments (my deductible does not apply to his services). During my first visit I handed him 2 MRI reports for my back and neck. He insisted on doing his own evaluation for $169 even though i did not need it. He also charged me $140 for 2 adjustments and stated Humana would reimburse me back once he got paid. After months waiting for my reimbursement, I had to file a grievance report with Humana as he collected $309 dollars even though my co pay was $30 for 2 adjustments. After many months going back and forth with his billing agency I was refunded $115 even though I was owed $200 according to his billing receipt given to me. If you decide to see him, do not prepay for his services as you will be stuck for more than 4 months trying to get your money back. Humana told me he should not have collected any fees in advance besides the $15 copay. There are other options in the area where evaluations are done for a minimal amount and the adjustments are significantly less than $70 for an adjustment including other services like electrical stimulation, acupuncture, wet heating pad and massage gun to affected areas. He is a nice gentleman but very expensive.

I have seen Dr.Gary Gendron on & off for Chiropractic adjustments since 2002. In that time frame I had 2 major spinal problems work related,& in great pain. Dr.Gendron was the reason I improved under his care. A very thorough exam & x-rays before my treatment facilitated my recovery further under his care. He is a truly wonderful healer & a knowledgeable & compassionate person.

I take this opportunity to "THANK", Dr. Gendron and Dr. Yale for their excellent care. I was the victim of a rear end collision while working and had to retire on disability. My Doctors recommended Chiropractic care 3 times per week. Relocated to Florida 7 years ago and have been a patient of Dr. Gendron since my relocation. Dr. Gendron is not only an AWESOME Chiropractor, but he has given me advice on proper nutrition and exercise. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Gendron, he has without a doubt made my life more pleasant and comfortable.

I am a patient of Dr. Gendron for both chiropractic and nutrition. I have been very pleased with the care and expertise that he has in both of those areas. Dr. Gendron is very through and caring for you as an individual. I have noticed very good results as I feel better every day. Kelly manages the office, the appointments, billings etc. she is always super friendly and a wonderful compliment to the experience.

Dr. Gendron is fabulous! He explains in detail exactly what he will be doing and why and the results speak for themselves. I couldn't be happier on what he has been able to do and for the people I know. I highly recommend him for any of your overall wellness or chiropractic needs.
