Worst experience! Been asked to pay illegal fees more then once! When I told them its not legal they backed up and said it was only joke. When I called the office they just ignore your call pretending they not in but when you walk in all of them are present in the office. When I moved to the flat everything was dirty and not as promised . Seriously unprofessional. Also want to note that I dealt with Tamas and Hannah and it was just toxic.

Michelle was incredibly helpful throughout the process from initial viewings onwards. Responding very promptly and assisting with everything i needed, particularly as a first time buyer. She understood my requirements and what I was looking for with my property search, she was also not pushy and really understood where i was coming from and was realistic with the options. Unfortunately the sale didn't go ahead and i found another property elsewhere but I feel like if i were to buy another property I would certainly reach out to Michelle.
