We recently bought our house through Chelwood Partners. Although not acting for us, they made the whole buying process personable and easy. Communication was fantastic from start to finish, they are a truly joined up team who work really hard and we felt fully supported throughout the process. Chelwood were great to work with. They are a small but dynamic team. They are always very quick to respond, and helpful at providing a genuine, human experience. No bs. Very good suggestions on who else to work with to make the experience as easy as possible. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to work with them.
Honestly, before using Chelwood, I thought all estate agents were the same and you end up at the same point anyway. But Chelwood provides an extra level of service that ushers the whole process along very smoothly. It helped that they were in the same building as the solicitors we used so they could have conversations between them and see exactly what needed chasing and by whom. You won’t be passed from pillar to post trying to get your sale through, as is the case in other places!

Throughout the process they were always available to discuss and advise. They are a team of natural problem solvers that seem to draw on each other's strengths to deliver an excellent client experience. They were always several steps ahead and continually worked around our schedules for photos, viewings etc. Their exceptional professional knowledge and personal connection to the local area made the entire process feel seamless.
