I highly recommend using Zerorez. The process to book the appointment was so easy. They do require a $29.00 deposit which is taken off your final bill. I added an extra room and they discounted it. Paul was amazing. He did not try to upsale me on anything. He worked hard to make sure two high traffic areas looked good. I will definitely use them again.

I had a great experience with this company! They arrived on time, were very professional, and did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing throughout the process. I really appreciated how informative and thorough he was. My carpets look and smell great, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. It's hard to find companies that provide this level of customer service these days. I had a great experience with this company. I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment for today, which was a huge plus. Jeremy came out and did an amazing job on my carpets. There were a few areas in my house that were pretty rough, and honestly, I wasn’t sure how much could be done, but he exceeded my expectations. He was professional, friendly, and took his time to make sure everything looked great. The carpets came out much cleaner than I expected, and I was very impressed with the results. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. Thank you, Jeremy, for the excellent work!

Jeremy did an excellent job of taking his time and making sure everything was cleaned and rinsed. The grout earned out great! Probably the best Cleaning I’ve ever had.

The scheduling was quick and efficient. Appreciate Mr. Paul who arrived ahead of schedule, he was very knowledgeable about the technique used and explained all safety aspects before, during and post cleaning. Paul deserves 5 stars. The 3 stars because the majority of stains which i called the company for were not removed and when see the level of cleaning i was not encouraged to clean the closet. overall, scheduling, timing, speed and technician experience were great, however the cleaning level was below the expectations and doesn't match the marketing for the technology used and its capabilities.
