James did an awesome job. He was on time and very professional. My carpet had not been cleaned in a while so it was nice to see it come back to life again. So now it's clean and smells great! I will definitely use him again and recommend his services.
James was my #Choice amongst 2 other companies for one major reason - great communication and customer service. Yes he has great pricing but whether we communicated via text or on the phone you can tell James was intergral and the kind of person you feel comfortable being in your home. He showed up 5 minutes early all masked up and in and out in under 2 hours leaving behind a carpet that looked as good as the day we moved in. He was courteous, friendly, and respectful. He is out carpet guy going forward. P.S. He didn't even have to park in our driveway. Michael Brown
James was on time (which is hard to come by these days) professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to my carpet. I have 2 fur babies in my home and I was very satisfied with the services I received. My carpet is clean and smells so fresh....I will be using his company again. He is now my new carpet guy. I have to have a guy for everything and now I found a new carpet guy better than the one I use to have after purchasing my new home.
James is the man! Prime carpet cleaning is hands down the best. I have had to use a few carpet cleaners for my own personal home use and for a rental property but no one has impressed me the way James has. He pays attention to detail. He does it right the first time and he gives quality service with a smile. Highly recommend this business!!
I highly recommend Primes Carpet Cleaning and will use them again for future services. My carpet looks brand new and James was able to get out several set in stains. I also had him clean my tile/grout and am a very pleased customer. Booking was extremely easy and I appreciate the fact that James was on time and confirmed my appointment two days before and his arrival an hour before. Keep up the great work!
