I found Fantastic Carpet Services through Google and decided to give them a call. They were booked about a week out, but they were kind enough to fit me into their busy schedule, which I really appreciated. From the very first phone call, everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. When Jim arrived, he called ahead, introduced himself, and immediately made a great impression. He was respectful, personable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The quality of work was excellent. He was very careful while moving throughout the house, making sure not to bump into or damage anything, and the carpets came out looking great. It’s refreshing to work with a local business owner who genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers. As a veteran, I also appreciate businesses that support those who served, and that was another thing that stood out to me. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely use Fantastic Carpet Services again and would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning.

This is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used. *they came on Christmas Eve Morning to take care of my carpet from our dog. *always responsive and helpful *THE STAINS ARE REMOVED AND STAY REMOVED *and they are the nicest people in the business. *I have recommended them to friends and family and all of them would agree with me.

Stretching and carpet cleaning...den and 3 bedrooms. Family owned great people. Owner said he would move the furniture just get the items off the floor of the closets. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Carpet Services really lived up to their name! This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had with cleaning our bedroom carpets. We were preparing for last minute house guests when we noticed that the bedroom carpet looked very bad with old pet stains and water stains from where we had previously tried to clean it ourselves. My expectations were pretty low since the carpet is old and badly stained. But Jim really worked miracles and it ended up looking great. I honestly couldn’t believe how much better the carpet looked. Both Jim and Sherry were very accommodating and extremely friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend the company enough! You won’t be disappointed.

I've used Fantastic Carpet for several carpets, large and small. This last time I had spilled my smoothie on an Native American style rug that I used on a table beside my couch. I am very fond of this rug. The smoothie had Turmeric in it!!!!😲 Turmeric stains very badly and is difficult to remove. I called Fantastic Carpet immediately and he picked it up right away. It took a few days so I knew he was working hard to remove the stain. The rug turned out great with only a very small spot barely visible. I am exceedingly pleased with the results and grateful for his faithfulness to his excellent customer service 😀 The price also included 2 other rugs.
