COIT arrived on time and completed grout cleaning service very much to our expectation. Daniel was highly professional, thorough and ensured the place is clean. He also offered to help to move things back. This is not the first time we are using COIT and will not be out last either. Kudos!
I had my tile grout cleaned and sealed after 19 years of not being sealed and loved the results! As phase one of kitchen update I am happy and pleased I started with the grout cleaning first .

I would highly recommend using this company. The young man they sent to assess my system was professional, courteous and more important; honest. He explained in layman’s terms what condition my system was in and how the service I was requesting was not necessary. He made another suggestion which I will happily be implementing and am very grateful for. He informed me that he would also have another representative with Coit reach out about another service they provide that would also offer me peace of mind.
