I had an emergency and needed my carpets cleaned today, I called this morning and they assured me they will be able to execute he job from 3-5 pm. After me calling them several times during the day to confirm the job, they said the technician was not gonna be able to make it at 5 pm. I understand, emergency happens, but they did not bother to inform me about this, but when I called last. Definitely shows the lack of respect towards customers. Awful experience.

Scheduled them a week ahead of time. Waited all afternoon and finally called to confirm they were still coming and was told the tech had tried several time to call and couldn’t reach me. Funny thing was I had no missed calls and was told they would have to reschedule. When I protested she hung up on me. As I read through the glowing 5 star ratings I found it strange that they were all either 2 months ago or 1 year ago. Makes me wonder how legitimate they are. So if you have an afternoon to waste waiting for a carpet cleaner that doesn’t show up and want to be hung up on when you protest the no call/no show, then this company is a dream come true.
