Called early in the morning (10 am) for a carpet cleaning for the day of. They assured me a member of their technicians would come between 1-3pm. 3’o clock rolled around and I called back again because I haven’t heard from anyone yet, the guy on the phone said he’d call his technician and tell him to reach out to me shortly. 3:45 - still nothing so I called again, phone guy said he has me down with his technician, reconfirmed my address and assured me that the technician was on the way. 4:45- I called again because I know they close at 6pm- still haven’t heard anything for anyone (it’s just been me reaching out, showing patience) Guy on the phone says unfortunately his technician can’t come out today and if can they reschedule me for tomorrow. I expressed that my whole day has been wasted waiting around for no one. He then tells me that their company only has ONE person driving around doing services. He should of told me that when we spoke earlier in the morning, I would of went with someone else, but instead he implied he had an entire team working. These guys just strung me along all day. Honestly, you all are better off reaching out to another service provider who takes your business seriously. Premium Steam in Houston is who I ended up going with, I recommend them! They even gave me a confirmation email after we spoke with the time and date of the appointment. They even called me 30 minutes before their arrival to let me know they’re on the way.
