Eric presented to my office as scheduled. He showed up well groomed, uniformed and very friendly and professional. Update to include hardwood cleaning! After such a good result from the carpet and tile cleaning we had Juve and his team come back for the hardwood floor deep clean. We recently moved into this home and the hardwood floors were streaky from poorly applied polish. I tried cleaning it off myself, but it was such a labor intensive job as layers and layers of waxy polish kept coming up. We enlisted Better Than Ever Carpet Care to give the floors a deep clean so we could have a fresh start. The results speak for themselves! The floors now have a uniform natural shine and I can mop without creating a sticky residue. Pictures show the before and after of my kitchen nook as well as the during and after of my living room. We had Juve and Bryan clean the carpet and tile in our new rental home. We called on Saturday and they were able to come out on Monday. They did an excellent job getting the floors clean and livable! I’m so glad we scheduled with Better Than Ever Carpet Care.
