I had the worst experience at the car wash today due to a lady named Elaina. I wanted to clean my car mats. I asked Elaina if she could spray them off for me because this car wash doesn’t have a place to clean your mats. She looked right at me and said we don’t do that here. I have been a member at this car wash for three years. They always have cleaned my mats without a problem and I usually tip them. She finally ended up taking my mats. When I got them back, they were not sprayed off. I simply asked her to do it again, and she refused and lied to me directly in my face and said she did spray them off. This lady is supposedly a shift manager!! This car wash should be so embarrassed that they hired a person like her to run a shift!! I plan on talking to the manager first thing in the morning! And if she still continues to work there, I will cancel my membership. I don’t care if I have to drive 5000 miles away to a car wash!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

I have the monthly plan to go X amount of times. It’s convenient, has vacuums & towels to dry off your wheels/car/interior (by the car wash entrance, with rock on top to hold towels down) The car wash does pretty well, the car dryer could b more efficient in rly drying the exterior.

We have been loyal members here for quite some time but for the last month 2 brushes on the right side have been broke & that is very disappointing to pay for something & when you use it half of it doesn't work.. do better ultra clean.. we will be looking around around other places

I had a good experience with this car wash just passing through last week and I just wanna say thank you to Jason. He was very nice and greeted me with a smile. Little did he know his kindness meant alot to me. I definitely will be back some day.

Ms. Theresa’s customer service is TOP NOTCH! She is the reason I signed up for monthly services. She’s always smiling and kind when I come through. The absolute BEST!
