Got the premium and it did a really bad job of getting the dirt off especially the entire back side my hatchback, parts of my hood, and windshield. Vacuums are weak and the end partbfor details vacuuming falls off easily. Don't understand how this place has such a high rating. The customer service is great but the quality of the wash is bad.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and have had a monthly pass for over two years. Recently, the business had a 'hiccup' in their automatic payment system and failed to charge my card for March. When I tried to resolve it, I was told I could only restart my membership at their new, higher rates. It is incredibly disappointing to see a long-term customer penalized for a technical error on the business's end. Instead of honoring the rate I’ve had, they are using their own glitch as an excuse for a price hike. I’ve always enjoyed the wash itself, but this is a very unprofessional way to treat loyalty. I’m hoping management will reach out to honor my original rate and make this right."

We were customers here for 3 years without any issues having them debit our bank account once a month until we switched banks. I brought in a new debit card for them to swipe for our account and they charged us for the month and then 2 weeks later they turned around and did it again. After 2 weeks of back and forth with them on the phone, the only resolution they came up with was offering us free ultimate washes. The manager, Steve refused to ever speak to me on the phone. About a year later there was some fraud on that debit card and I had to cancel it and get a new one. The car wash continued to try and debit it each and every day even though I explained the situation to them. I called again, the manager Steve, still refusing to speak to me, told them again to stop charging the card and I would bring the new one in when I got it. When I finally got the card and brought it in, they wanted to charge me a higher amount for the same services I had before. When I asked why she said because you told us to cancel your account. No ma’am, I didn’t. She said she would talk to Steve. I came in a few days later, asked for Steve and they told me to park in the back and he would be right out. I waited for 30 minutes and left. There are maybe 50 car washes in Independence and I don’t need this horrible customer service.

My car was filthy and I mean absolutely filthy so I did the $20 dollar wash. I’m not kidding even my wheels were spotless and I am so impressed with that because usually the automated washes don’t clean to that level.

I have been a subscription member for 2+ years. I find the wash to be excellent in its ability to get rid of all "winter grime" plus they are good with the upkeep of the vacuums (always work well). I could start using another ("big company") car wash near my home, but I am completely satisfied with Ultra Clean.
