I've been coming to this Tidal Wave Auto Spa for a while, and it never disappoints. David and the rest of the staff always greet customers with a smile and keep the atmosphere fun and welcoming. They brought plenty of laughs on an otherwise overcast day, and it's that kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. A clean car is great, but the friendly team makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!
This place ia great. There are always towels and cleaning solution available and the vacuums reach easily around my car. Very convenient to keep ypur car looking shony! The attendants are super nice and friendly too.
I will be honest with you I was very scared bringing my electrical vehicles here to this car wash but I'm coming here for two years strong , this Crew is incredible especially the one that has happened today her name is Esme! Her and the beautiful blonde that's always there have been tremendously exceptional, they got me out of a bind after I got back in town had a ton of bugs cleaned it off immediately know hard feelings just phenomenal!! They care about the brushes here they will make sure you're high in bmw, tesla, Rolls-Royce will be taking care of this is the place to go folks I'm serious!! Enjoi 🦘
I have literally never felt people care as much as this staff regarding their car wash service. Both ladies did an incredible job of ensuring my experience was top notch. It was remarkably refreshing and I'll likely buy a membership next time due to these lady's intentionality to make my customer experience unique and delightful. Highly recommend.
Had a great experience. Victor went above and beyond, all while giving great customer service. My car was especially dirty after a road trip, so the front was covered in bugs. The last car wash place we went to wasn’t able to clean it. Victor however spent extra time scrubbing off all the bugs. Car looks amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough. Be sure to ask for Victor!
