This generation was very friendly. Keep a smile on his face. He told me is name. However, that’s not his fault. It’s just my brain not cooperating. Great place and great facility. I’ve Ben to a few other of Trdal Wave facility. Hands down this is the best one. Friendly staff always able to assist when needed.

Here’s the deal… I wash my car here because it’s close, & it does an 80% job of cleaning my car. But here are some improvements: Bug prep crew. Whether I just came from a long road trip (today) & have 2.1 billion big carcasses on my grill & windshield, or if I’m stopping in to knock off wet road dirt…I get the same bug prep…which is very average. Wash bay. It does fine except the dry & shine at the end…20% of the time it dries 80% of my car. Towels. You will save $$$ if you dry them. When they’re dry…I use 2. When they’re wet (which is 90% of the time) I use 4-5. Vacuums. No issues here. They suck like they should. Take the shirt off your back if you’re not careful. Been washing my car here for about three years with a 39.99 monthly charge. Now you know.

This is the place a go most of the time for my car cleaning! They have towels for free to clean your car inside and outside and cleaning spray as well to clean everything inside your car at not extra cost!! They always allow me to used the pressure washer to clean my carpets!! Everyone that works there always been very nice!! They also have different membership of you ever want one! Or single pay days!

This is one of the worst locations I’ve visited. The wash leaves your car dirty with a visible smearing of brown residue. At the cleaning stations the high pressure air doesn’t work at any of the stations. The free air to fill up your tires isn’t plugged in and has no air hose to it. Won’t be visiting this location again.

If I could give negative stars, I would give them to this place. No manager presence, nobody knew how to turn on the air, the compressor kept going continuously while draining air, and I was told that the line was closed yet I hear it pouring out all of the air. I asked for a manager, and they all looked at each other and walked away from me. I only got this membership because this location is close to my house and it has the compressed air and free air for Tires. None of these work your towels suck. Your cleaner sucks and Customer Service is garbage. I would like a refund, but I will be doing that tomorrow hopefully
