My sister and I used SIXT on Waikiki Beach (located within Alohilani Resort) and were extremely impressed with the service. The agent (Kat) was friendly, helpful and efficient from start to finish. This was our first time using SIXT and Kat explained everything perfectly and got us a great price. We wanted a black Jeep Wrangler and Kat made sure we got just that. Would highly recommended!

I had an incredible 17-day rental experience here from late September to October. I want to give a huge shout-out to “Dan and Rylan” for their exceptional patience and professionalism. During my stay, I transitioned from a BMW X5 to an X7, and eventually to a 7 Series. Each switch was handled smoothly thanks to their help. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had the best driving experience in Hawaii. I was so impressed that I’ve already booked my next rental with this location for February 2026! I’m really looking forward to seeing the team again. If you’re in Waikiki and looking for premium cars with top-notch service, this is the place to go!

This place was extremely convenient, and the staff were amazingly kind and friendly! First of all, the location is great. The front desk is right inside the Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach, so since I was staying at the hotel, it was literally a 0-minute walk. Both pick-up and drop-off are completed right at the hotel entrance, which was super convenient. As for the staff, Susie and Luke, who helped me, were so kind and warm. I would definitely love to use their service again!

Chose SixT based on ratings. No line when I arrived as compared to the other rental agencies, I was seen immediately and out the door with the keys in 10 mins. Staff were friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate us. I want to give a special shout out to Raissa who was exceptional at her work. Car was nice and clean and terms were standard. Would recommend SIXT to friends and colleagues based off this experience alone.

- Booking: I would highly recommend you to book in advance since you can get luxury cars with the same price as intermediate cars a week or so in advance. Generally was easy and straightforward. - Price: reasonable and didn’t have surprises. I did not pay for optional insurances as my credit card was covering but just liability. - Quality: most cars were quite new and I didn’t have any issues. -Deposit: The money was deposited back into my account after 3 business days. - Staff: Professional. I booked BMW X1 but when I showed up they didn’t have that and upgraded to X3 and requested me to pay additional fee, and I refused to do that and they had some conversations to manager, which I don’t believe it was real, and then had to offer me for free. So, make sure you don’t pay extra if they don’t have your selected car. That is their problem. - Check-in and out: It was reasonable for the check-in but took us 10 mins to get the car given it is in a busy area of the hotel and the return was rather quick and we just handed over the keys to the lobby person. - Record: make sure you take a video of the car before getting the car and returning to make sure you don’t get surprised. Overall, my experience was positive and I would go here again.
