Very happy with the service from Electrx. The team was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They took the time to understand my needs and recommended an EV charger that was better suited to my usage rather than simply installing the original option. The installation felt personalised to my home and requirements, and the workmanship was excellent. I really appreciated their honest advice and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I hired Electrx to install a couple of outdoor lights (with sensors), a motion sensor for an existing car port light, hard-wired doorbell camera, additional GPOs in the kitchen and converted existing recessed ceiling downlights into pendant lights which turned out great! Bill provided a reasonable quote for these works and he and his colleague did the works with care and attention to detail. They also helped me setup the doorbell camera and adjust the light sensors. Izzy was also great to deal with in the lead up to the day of the works. Everyone was responsive and provided details and answers to my questions. Highly recommend and would return again 💫

Bill and Oz are absolute legends. I was trying to transform my builder-grade townhouse into something far more elegant, including installing wall sconces, pendants, and mounting a large TV and soundbar. Unfortunately, I had previously been burned by highly rated electricians who either didn’t turn up, couldn’t complete the work properly, or made what should have been straightforward lighting placements unnecessarily complicated. I actually gave up on the lighting project altogether. I decided to give it one last shot and contacted Electrx — and I’m genuinely glad I did. From the outset, Bill was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. Izzy was outstanding behind the scenes, coordinating logistics and organising the site visit seamlessly. When Bill arrived, he didn’t just glance at the job — he properly inspected everything, got the ladder out, and carefully assessed the townhouse layout and requirements. He then prepared a detailed quotation on his iPad, which I personally appreciated as someone who works in technology and business. He walked me through the full scope of works on the spot, clearly explained pricing, and was honest and transparent about anything that might fall outside scope. That level of clarity and professionalism is rare. On installation day, the team arrived exactly on time. Bill and Oz were polite, respectful, and extremely meticulous. They double-checked every measurement and fixture placement before installation and even cleaned as they worked — which honestly speaks volumes about their pride in workmanship and respect for their clients’ homes. I have enormous respect not only for the quality of work Bill delivers, but also for the team and culture he has clearly built. Izzy provides exceptional customer coordination, and Oz is incredibly precise and detail-focused in his craft. These guys deserve more than 5 stars and I’d give them 7 if I could. I will post more photos when the time is right and our painting is done.

Bill and the team came out to install a new exhaust fan in my bathroom and ceiling fans in my home in a retirement village. The team was very clean and professional and I am very happy that they travelled out to Bacchus Marsh to help me out. I have to add he was very professional and well experienced in supplying my home with the standard of elderly features/fittings required by law in our retirement village. Thank you Bill your hard work is very appreciated 😊
