Rumsey construction worked on the roads in the rail district of Frisco . I have a property where the work took place . They relocated our water meter and irrigation valve also widen the sidewalk which in turn involved our irrigation lines . They failed to check the system for leaks or operation after the work . We found the system turned off and after turning it back on we had a 800 dollar water bill . After having an irrigation company check the system we found a break right at the newly installed valve and other damages to the lines . Also had leaking valves where they had worked . After contacting the city they gave us some leads on the contractor. I contacted the company and they said they would look into it . At this point they did not return any calls . It’s been month now. Poor integrity on their part and not taking responsibility for their actions or to even follow up .
My dad worked for this company and never received his last paycheck. It’s been months and the issue has not been resolved. We were told the check had been deposited. They then provided us a copy of the check with a signature on the back. The signature is FORGED. This place is terrible!
