We have now been in our home for a year and have had many opportunities to reflect on our experience beginning to end of choosing Northstone Builders to build our custom home. When we first started the process we put a great deal of effort in choosing a builder we felt embodied what we needed in the partnership of building our dream home. At the onset of any build there are unknowns, and you have to put your trust in a builder without actually knowing what your end product will be, but I will say with Jeff and his team what they sell is 100% accurate to reality. Jeff and his team from beginning to end did an exceptional job in building our home with incomparable workmanship, high-end quality materials, spot on scheduling and overall experience for us as a buyer. Their experience and agility to deal with any and all elements made every bit of a difference in the end result. We greatly appreciated Northstone’s flexibility, they truly want you to love the end product which really speaks to the value of customization. As the actual build got underway, additions/modifications were all handled with priority and ease without any disruption to timeline. It goes without question we have been happy and recommend Northstone Builders.

My wife, Kim, and I hired Northstone Builders because we wanted to build a high quality custom home in Spring Valley. Kim is a real estate agent and had sold a Northstone home to a client of hers so she has had experience with Jeff Stone and Northstone Builders. We had a great experience. Jeff is very good at communicating, setting expectations, and managing his client’s experience. We have referred Jeff Stone and Northstone Builders to friends and we will continue to do so.

Northstone Builders has a long history in the Houston area but is new to Utah where they opened a new branch of their business. I have worked with many builders before as a realtor, but never was more impressed when I was with Northstone Builders. Jeff Stone, the owner was super responsive. He was VERY detail oriented and had such pride in his work. I could tell each house that he is a part of has his full attention and he would not let anything slide unless it was perfect. I would recommend him to anyone building a custom home in Utah. He has the quality of very high end Utah brands like Titan or Magleby. He can build any style of house- I saw him do Farmhouse and Modern beautifully. His 'hands on" management of his projects was to a standard we do not see often in Utah.

Building with Northstone was a fantastic experience. They do excellent custom home work and treat their customers as collaborators in the building effort. They use quality home designs and materials for all of their projects. The owner, Jeff Stone, is very hands on throughout the construction process and attentively listens to his clients to deliver a finished product that anyone would love to call home. They also strive to stay on schedule and make sure that buyers can get into their homes in a timely fashion. The construction of our house was delayed due to Hurricane Harvey, but they barely missed a beat in getting the home completed so we could move in. I would highly recommend Northstone to anyone looking to build a new home that they will be happy in for years to come.

When my wife and I began searching for our first home last year, we saw dozens of homes in person and hundreds more online, including many new constructions. Of all the homes we we came across, though, there wasn’t one that came close to matching the quality of build, finish, and design of the Northstone home we saw, and ended up purchasing. It became apparent quickly that there were no corners cut in the construction, and Jeff and his entire team were exhaustive in their attention to detail. The home is beautiful, and the layout is thoughtfully designed. In addition to the quality of the house, we have been impressed with how helpful the Northstone team has been after the purchase. As with any home, especially new builds, there are going to be issues and questions that pop up from time to time. Without fail, every issue, problem, question, or concern we’ve had in the year since we moved in, has been promptly and thoroughly addressed. Jeff, the owner, has personally replied to every email, text, and call we’ve made and his contractors have gone above and beyond to fix any issue that’s come up, however small. For our first home purchase as a family, we couldn’t be happier with the product Northstone Builders produced for us, and we’re especially impressed with the service we’ve continued to get in the year since. We couldn’t recommend Northstone Builders more highly.
