We’re in a 1950’s original build in Oak Forest and wanted to convert our 1 car garage into an additional room. My husband is a very particular man and was very concerned about making sure the outside matched the rest of the house and didn’t scream “garage conversion”. The team at Millbrook went above and beyond to meet all of my husband’s requests, particularly when it came to finding the exact matching brick (FROM A 1950s house). I thought it was an impossible task but the Millbrook team pulled it off! We are very happy with the final result! They were competitively priced, worked timely, and communicated throughout the process!! They even came back and did a few extra finishing touches (that weren’t originally asked for) without hesitation!! Would definitely recommend and use them again for future home projects!

My husband and I bought a 2 story penthouse in a very old building downtown that needed a lot of work (after being a rental property for 10+ years). Klint and his crew did an amazing job - we couldn't be happier! We went down to the studs, shifted plumbing, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, upstairs bar, all doors/frames replaced, HVAC, water heater, flooring - it was a very big job. Klint helped with design choices and materials - where to spend money and where to be more conservative. One of the biggest challenges with our property (being in a high rise) were the HOA rules/bylaws - working hours allowed, no weekend work, board approval for changes, taking all materials up and down elevators, trash had to be hauled offsite daily, navigating daily parking for the crew. We never once had any issues, and Klint and his team were awesome working through all of the "red tape." Thank y'all! We love it!!

I highly recommend Millbrook construction. They recently installed a new roof on my house and garage and did a beautiful job. They were professional, thorough and neat. They reassured me that they wanted their customers to be 100% satisfied with the end result, and I was. Klint and his team were very accessible and answered all my questions with interest and patience and I appreciated that. It’s a great feeling to work with a company you can trust and recommend to others.

I was referred to Milbrook by a family friend who had a good experience with them. I spoke with Klint and he let me know what was needed and we had a quote the same day and it was cheaper than the others. Milbrook did a fantastic job and they completed our roof on schedule. The new shingle colors they recommended look amazing with our color pattern and Milbrook left our house as clean as it was before they started. They are very professional and they did great work. Highly recommend
