Having served as the general contractor for a previous home I built, I can confidently say that hiring a builder like Cason Graye (CG) is worth every penny. Our project manager, Brad K., and our designer, Alison, were not only responsive and professional but also highly organized and punctual. The job site was meticulously maintained, allowing me to safely bring my young children on site during construction. Unlike other builders, we never faced a red tag from city inspectors or complaints from the HOA. Most importantly, Brad and the CG team fostered a strong relationship with our neighbors. While no builder is perfect, CG comes remarkably close, and that’s coming from a very particular perfectionist.
