I saw Chloe and she gave me the best salon experience and hair cut I ever had! She took the time to listen to my ideas, concerns, and created a whole plan for my hair before she even cut it and gave me exactly what I was looking for. She was extremely supportive, creative, and kind throughout the whole experience! I am so grateful for the transformational cut she gave me! Thank you Chloe!
Nancy did an absolutely amazing job with my hair and balayage. So there is no complain about that but the salon changed me $97 for a haircut that never happened. I told the stylist that I don’t need haircut as I had a cut a few months ago, she recommended to cut one inch from the end as she found it dry. I agreed. That 1dry inch costed $97. It’s not about the $97 , it’s about being human and don’t charge someone $97 for nothing but an inch. If she told me that one inch cut cost $97 I would have never agreed as it wasn’t necessary. It makes me extremely sad how they ripped me off… at this point I wish I had a haircut as Nancy was amazing. Balayage stated $200 online, but be aware that everything else they do or recommend will cost a fortune, but they are doing a great job with balayage. Ended up paying $420. My complain about a service that never happened but got charged….
I would follow Mark to the end of the earth to take care of my hair! He is absolutely amazing and consistently does an incredible job with my blonde color. He truly listens to what I want and has a meticulous eye for detail. Beyond his talent, he is always so friendly and warm. I couldn't recommend him enough!
Carissa was wonderful! She knew what to do for my thick wavy/curly hair and had lots of great tips on styling. The space is so beautiful, too. All the staff members I interacted with were warm and friendly. And you get a complimentary beverage! I had a cappuccino and they served it in a real cup, not a disposable one. Such a nice touch. I will definitely be back. ❤️
Chloe is PHENOMENAL. From the moment I sat in her chair, she asked all the right questions and really took the time to understand my vision. She was honest, knowledgeable, and explained everything she was doing so I felt completely comfortable and confident. She completely transformed my hair. I went from long, straight, one-length dark hair to the most gorgeous copper brown balayage with stunning layers. It’s beautiful! Her professionalism and energy are unmatched. This was hands down one of the best hair experiences I’ve ever had! 10/10 recommended! I will definitely be back!
