Abigail was AMAZING! She was so talented and educated me on things I can do for my hair. She was so easy to talk to. I didn’t want to leave cause I was having such a great time. My hair feels so much better and it feels amazing! I was worried because I decided to cut pretty much all my hair off but she made me feel calm and reassured me. I wanted to love this salon so bad. My teenage daughter has been coming since we moved to the area a few years ago. There has always been some reliability factors that were always red flags, cancelling a few hours before the apt time, on multiple occasions, never being on time when we were able to come in. My mother also experienced the same, scheduling an apt and then calling an hour before and canceling with no solution or care in the world. My daughter’s senior prom was this past weekend and we booked 2-3 months ago to ensure she was covered. 4.5 hours before her service I received a phone call that the stylist was out sick and they would try to squeeze her in if they could. No sense of concern or care at all, just kept saying she understands my frustrations they’ll do their best. Unsatisfied, the owner contacts me directly to advise me the stylist is out and explains to me her personal reason - respectfully - I don’t care - it wasn’t my business and I do hope she feels better. She came off almost aggressive as to why I didn’t have concern for her stylist. She told me what I wanted to hear and moved things so my daughter could get her hair done (turned out perfect). Appreciated it nonetheless. This is where it takes a turn, again. My daughter came in with a friend and this stylist played in her head. Her bun updo was not secure at all. I had to completely fix/re-do when we got home. Long story short, if you’re about the drama, you’ll love this place. If you’re looking for stability, professionalism and quality results, I would continue your search.

I’ve been coming to Lauren for a few years now and she does a fantastic job every time! She’s very patient and understanding. She listens and really cares about her customers. I’d recommend her every time. I will miss her dearly since I am moving, but I will forever be grateful for the services she provided and conversations that we had🫶🏼😊

This was my first visit here, and I left totally loving my hair! I am particular when it comes to getting my hair cut/styled, as unfortunately I have had some bad experiences, and so I do not go as often any more, plus I just do not have a bunch of time in a day to worry about how my hair looks, so I usually just don’t even think about getting it done. This was my first time cutting my hair in over a year, and Jada did a phenomenal job. She was very sweet, polite, and professional. We were welcomed immediately when we walked in, by other staff, and they made sure to get us checked in promptly. Everyone was so friendly & professional! If I wasn’t moving out of state, I would definitely be back here! Thank you to Jada for the beautiful cut & style, I actually feel good about my hair for the first time in a long time!

First time at this salon based on reviews, and they didn't disappoint. The inspo pic was nailed. Madeline crushed it. So happy to have found my new hair salon.
