The team were proactive rather than reactive, dealing with issues promptly and keeping me fully informed at every stage. They showed excellent judgement, strong attention to detail, and a clear understanding of tenant needs alongside their responsibilities as managing agents. Any maintenance or tenancy related matters were handled efficiently and to a high standard, always with reassurance and care rather than feeling transactional or rushed. Amazing experience with the Rochford Stokes team from start to finish. We rented through RS for nearly four years and the service they have provided is first class. They went above and beyond from the initial viewing to the very end of the tenancy. The management of the property was excellent - we had no issues during the tenancy but if anything minor broke the Rochford Stokes team were on it and it was fixed asap! They’re truly lovely people and we couldn’t recommend more either renting, buying, selling or letting a property through them! Thank you to Jason, Jason, Anna and Suzie!!

I know what a lot of estate agent's reviews section looks like. Streams of good reviews from landlords and buyers, but not a single review from tenants. We all know why. I'm an extremely happy tenant of Rochford Stokes for 4 years. It was such a relief to find an estate agents that cares about the livelihoods of the tenants they have. Rochford Stokes were fair with us and the landlord, plus effective and efficient. Repairs were speedy, even non-urgent requests. They knew fixing something sooner prevents issues. In a sea of estate agents who want to charge extortionate rent and leave people in squalor, I can't recommend Rochford Stokes enough. I would take a suboptimal property just to have Rochford Stokes as the estate agent. If you're a landlord reading this, if you want to extort your tenants and squeeze as much money out of them, however immoral, I don't think RS is for you. If you want competence, sensibility and a estate agent that takes care of good tenants, then they're probably the ones for you. Thanks so much, RS!

I let two properties that were managed by Rochford and Stokes over a consecutive five years. Both properties were of a high standard, and the landlords they work with are responsive and keep well maintained properties. The whole team at Rochford and Stokes are incredibly friendly and helpful and very organised and quick to respond. I would rent via Rochford Stokes again in a heartbeat, there's no other letting agents I can say that about!

Rochford Stokes have been great throughout the entire lettings process. From the outset, they were attentive and professional. This was our first time renting, and it’s likely the best experience we’ll ever have with an agent. It’s been a week since we moved in, and not only were they excellent during the registration of the flat, but they’ve continued to answer all of our questions promptly. In particular, Suzie has been incredibly helpful, organising tradespeople to sort out a couple of minor issues - all resolved much faster than we expected. I couldn’t recommend them more.
