From the very first conversation with David, Matt and the team at Sceon and Berne, it was clear we were in safe hands. Their professional, personal and tailored approach was reassuring all the way through; always kept up to date and assisted at every stage. Matt was amazing keeping things moving as we got closer to exchange, staying in close contact with all agents and parties, acting with kindness and calm, and drawing on the agency's extensive experience. I have just sold my house through S&B in a tricky market for housing. Their advice was always personalised to my individual circumstances, taking the time to get to know me and the house. I never felt like just a commodity to make money from. S&B have a strong connection with the local community and staff seem to stay which, in my opinion, demonstrates effective senior management. Throughout the process David and his team were professional, pragmatic and pro-active – balancing patience and persuasiveness to negotiate a successful outcome.
David and the whole Sceon Berne team have been amazing during our house sale. They were very knowledgeable about the local housing market and should absolutely be the go to for anyone looking to move to the area or to let or sell.
