Very young lady and man a couple came out to fix whatever was wrong with my dryer. Found out it was the heating element and temp sensor. So yes got ordered from Amazon. Came in the mail on Wednesday. Supposed to show around 5:40ish pm Thursday. Guess what a no show. Oh ya my son gave them 200 dollar instead of the 160 they asked for to repair the dryer but here it is. the parts are in but connect to go hold of them none exist. And young generations wonder why older people trust don't them will this is why

We used R&C for a dryer repair a few years ago and called them when we had an issue with our washer. They were polite on the phone and gave us the first available appointment. Even though that was about 10 days out, we took it. They texted the day before confirming their arrival window. Dale arrived right on time and resolved our issue in under an hour at a reasonable price. He was also super friendly and polite. I would definitely use this company again.

Recently called R&C for a washer service call. Due to staffing issues it took two weeks for a service man to come out. After deciding what the issue was R&C called with an estimate for the parts and labor. Two weeks passed and I didn't hear from R&C so I called them. On a Tuesday I was told the part was back-orderd and R&C would try to get it from somewhere else. I requested that R&C call me as to when the part was ordered and to give me a date as to when it would arrive. As of the following Saturday NO CALL came. I went online and found the part instock at several parts places. I ordered the part myself. I called R&C and left a message for them to cancel the parts order and to send me an invoice for the initial service call. It has been three and one-half weeks since we initially requested a service call and we are no closer to having a working washing machine. After watching a YouTube video we were confident that we could replace the part ourselves. It would take all of five minutes to replace the part. We have used R&C for appliance repairs for years with satisfactory service, unfortunately their service isn't what it use to be.

Dryer stopped working on a Sunday night, called Monday morning and said couldn't get me in until next Tuesday, called me later Monday and said they could get me an appointment the next day. Steve was exactly on time that i was told and was quick and professional. Price was exactly were i thought it would cost to repair. R & C was recommended by several people that i work with and i was not disappointed. I am extremely happy we didn't have to buy a new set and my wife is happy she has the dryer working. Thank you for the prompt service.

I needed a replacement belt for my drier and called R&C Appliance to see if they could help. They checked their inventory and with the individual technicians and did not have any in stock but offered to order it for me. I was immediately impressed by the level of support and courtesy they displayed and would highly recommend them in the future!
