We recently bought a house from Rebecca de Felice at Andrew Scott Robertson in Wimbledon Village. The sale of our old house was repeatedly delayed: Rebecca worked marvels keeping everything on track so that our purchase could go ahead nevertheless, and we didn't lose a second house (a previous purchase with another agent had fallen through because of the delays). She was calm, helpful and charming throughout. I would be very happy to buy or sell with her and her agency again.
All the agents at ASR are professional, communicative and helpful but in particular Samantha & Clare were incredibly helpful in keeping us updated on the sale of our flat and assisting in moving things along. Their expertise and consistency of support was very needed and they made everything feel a lot less stressful. They also helped us greatly in getting our flat rented out and managed our tenants really well. A small but very good agency that we will continue to use and recommend highly!
The service we experienced from ASR was of the highest level from day one, right through to the completion of the sale of our house. Our initial meeting with Guy was very reassuring and thorough, as he explained the range of services they provide. We were particularly impressed with the stylish video they made of the property. Feedback from every viewing was relayed swiftly. The team were always helpful, professional and cheerful. Once an offer had been made, the process was helped along with advice on the legalities involved. All in all, highly recommended.
A great service from Andrew Scott Robertson when we used them to sell our house in Wimbledon. From start to finish we received a professional service from all at AS-R. Even when the situation became very tricky due to a very demanding buyer, and especially due to the Covid-19 pandemic Marc at AS-R was a great help and kept our sale on track. He also helped negotiations with our related purchase of a property in the Midlands.
My experience with AS-R has been great. I was looking to buy and found a property I love, shortly before lockdown. Unsurprisingly this led to some delays in the process, but Guy and Marc have been fantastic at keeping in touch, keeping me updated, and guiding me at each step of the way. I felt supported and in good hands throughout. Would highly recommend!
