From the moment we arrived, the hardworking staff made us feel welcome and provided attentive service throughout the evening. One of the standout features is the enormous menu, offering something for every palate. Whether you're looking for classic Southern comfort food, fresh appetizers, or hearty entrées, there are plenty of options to satisfy any craving. The atmosphere was amazing, with a lively energy that makes it a great spot for date nights, gatherings with friends, or a fun night out downtown. Between the excellent service, diverse menu, great cocktails, and vibrant ambiance, Batch is a place I would happily return to again and again. The ambience was great. They had a DJ in there that was playing great music. The waitress was so nice. Everyone was very friendly. Blackberry lemonade was good, but I think the food itself was just OK. I got a salad and added fried chicken onto my salad. They overdressed my salad so by the time it got to the table, it was really soggy. Biscuits were not bad. I think it’s a fine place to eat, nothing bad nothing exemplary.

Batch New Southern Kitchen is the perfect spot for a cozy night out! Fibi kicked off our date night with a warm welcome at the bar and great drink recommendations. Our server, Gigi, was wonderful and suggested the must-try biscuits and exquisite sweet potato hummus. Even Jeff the manager stopped by to ensure our fried chicken & waffles, and brisket sandwich were perfect. The hospitality here is unmatched, the food is incredible, and the entire team goes above and beyond. We give them a 20/10 stars—we will absolutely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stars Went on a Saturday night and arrived at 7 PM for a date night with my fiancé. We were seated promptly with no wait at all. The aesthetics inside are really nice, and they have a great outdoor seating area too. Parking is in a nearby garage — reasonably priced, nothing crazy. The whole area feels chill, friendly, and perfect for a night out with the girls, guys, or they/them crew as well. Food-wise, we ordered the fried chicken and waffles plus the burger combo. Hands down, everything was excellent! The food came out pretty quickly and was made with fresh, quality ingredients. The waffle wasn’t basic at all — it had cornmeal in it and was perfectly fluffy. The fried chicken tasted like your granny made it in her well-seasoned, passed-down skillet — crispy, juicy, and full of that real Southern love. The maple syrup was the real deal too, none of that fake stuff. The burger was prepared with great attention to detail — fresh bun, quality toppings, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I will definitely be visiting again soon. The staff was attentive and warm, the pricing was very affordable for the quality, and overall it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended
