Amazing experience! Everything we tried was spot on. The Chicken Lemon was perfectly cooked and juicy, and the Ribeye was exactly how we asked – the flavor and texture were next level. The arroz mamposteao was super tasty. For dessert, the tres leches was fantastic, though the Caribbean Rum Cake was a bit dry. The service was great too, really attentive. Definitely coming back!
Had a wonderful "out of the blue" dinner at Tallo. We arrived early for our 8:45 PM reservation and were happy to find open seating at the bar by 7:30 PM. The food was impressive across the board. The pig wings were a great starter—very meaty and filling. For the main course, the Chimi Burger is a standout (the ground churrasco gives it amazing flavor), and the grilled octopus was incredibly fresh and tasty. We also ordered the arroz mamposteado on the side, which was delicious and very generous in portion. Ended the night with the rum cake and added a scoop of ice cream—highly recommend that combo! Overall, a great spot with excellent flavors. We shall return!
A beautiful restaurant with excellent service and menu. We dined early (4 pm) and it was nice and quiet. Juan was the right amount of attentive. I bet he makes a killer cocktail, even though we didn’t imbibe this time. If you’re not allergic to shellfish, and you don’t get the seafood risotto, you’ll be missing out on a spectacular meal. I look forward to returning!
Stepped out for an adhoc date night with my hot wife last night. Didn't have a reservation but we were nicely accomodated. My wife had the skirt steak with chimichurri and I went a bit lighter with the goat cheese flatbread. Delicioso! Great service by the very busy bartender who doubled as our server. This isn't the first time that we've been to Tallo but it does get a bit loud. If you're neurodivergent or simply want a quiet time out it might not be the best for you. All things said, good experience.
What a Jewel in Wesly Chapel. We love everything about this one of a kind restaurant. Beautiful modern decor, the atmosphere, the lighting and the background music were perfect for the time and the spot. The service was awesome. The food presentation not to mention the taste was absolutely wonderful. The bar area is gorgeous and the happy hour each day is extended. This is a true jewel of a restaurant. We love everything. I would note then my rice was superb, however a little bit too spicy for my taste. I had mentioned it to our server as the head chef and owner of the restaurant came to our table and asked to correct it immediately with any other dish that I would desire. I did and he made it more than perfect for me. Did I mention that the desserts were heaven? Yum yum!!! What a fantastic Vibe! We think very highly of this kind of good customer service, awesome one of a kid food, service and decor. We will definitely be back again and again. 5***** + !!!
